WiFi Devices are offline

When the smart switches or sockets are offline and user can't control or access them, please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue.

  • Restart Teleaze secure router
  • Ensure the user mobile app is connected to the internet
  • Login to the Teleaze mobile app with your registered user account
